Refund policy

The Outreach Brief is a one-time copywriting service. If we have not started writing, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase through Whop. After the brief is delivered, one written revision is included if requested within seven days. We do not refund because you disagree with positioning advice after delivery, except where the law requires it.
